A selection of seasonal wild mushrooms, contents vary but could include Chanterelles, Oysters, Shitake and Porcini amongst others. Wonderful to sauté in butter and enjoy the exotic flavours of each as you devour with our Fillet Steak or Roast Smoked Fish. Exceptional!
