Where is my order? How can I track it?

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your personal tracking link. You may check your parcel at any time using the link below:

When you open the tracking page, you will be asked to enter:
• Your consignment number shown in your confirmation email
• The delivery postcode

If you need any help at all, we are always delighted to assist.

When will my order ship? What is the current status?

During checkout you will have chosen the day you would like your parcel to arrive, and we always aim to deliver on that date. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking link will keep you updated every step of the way.

My tracking number isn’t working / it only says “label created.”

Please do not worry — this usually means the courier has collected your parcel but has not yet scanned it at the depot. Tracking normally updates within 12–24 hours.

I haven’t received my shipping confirmation email.

When your order is ready for dispatch you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly check your spam or junk folder, as shipping confirmation emails may occasionally be misdirected. If you still cannot find it, your order may not yet have been dispatched. If you would like us to check the status for you, we are always happy to assist.

Can I send to more than one address?

Yes. Please select multiple recipients at checkout.

Can I collect my order from Inverawe?

Yes, of course. We would love to meet you too! Just order and tell us when you are going to pick it up, and we will have it ready at the Warehouse Reception for you.

Can I freeze any of the products?

Most of Inverawe’s products can be frozen on receipt for up to 3 months. Please follow the instructions on the product labels or ask us if you need advice before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can amend or cancel your order one week before it is due for dispatch. During the Christmas period, when demand is particularly high, changes must be made at least three weeks before dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone 0344 8475 490 or email info@inverawe.co.uk. Once the parcel has left us, changes can no longer be made — but we will always do our very best to help.

I need to change the shipping address.

We can update the shipping address a week before dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist.

My order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If your parcel shows as “Delivered”, your tracking link will usually include delivery notes and a photograph showing where it was placed. If you are still unable to find your parcel, please contact us and we will look into this straight away.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once a refund has been processed, most banks place the funds back into your account within 5–10 working days.

I was charged twice / I can see two charges on my card.

This is often a temporary pending authorisation, which usually disappears within a few days. If both charges remain, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

My voucher code did not apply at checkout.

This may happen if the code has expired. If you believe the code should have worked, we will gladly look into it for you.

Do you ship to my country?

At present, we deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you have a special request, please feel free to contact us and we will advise.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, BFPO addresses or Hospital Wards?

We are very sorry, but we cannot accept orders for The Isle of Jersey, Guernsey or Northern Ireland (due to lack of next-day transportation), or for BFPO addresses or Hospital Wards. Our courier service is limited to mainland UK postcodes only.
