Fresh, dependable delivery — from Inverawe to your table

At Inverawe, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition and when you expect it. Below you will find everything you need to know about delivery dates, packaging, courier service, charges, and how to track your order. Choosing Your Delivery Date

You will be able to select your preferred delivery date during checkout, and we always aim to deliver on that day. Our standard carrier service usually takes 1–2 days for delivery from dispatch. We will make every effort to ensure your goods arrive by the date you have requested, but as this is not a guaranteed service, parcels may occasionally arrive either side of your preferred date.

Order cut-off guide

As a general guide, during the week:

  • Order before 3pm Monday – delivery Wednesday / Thursday
  • Order before 3pm Tuesday – delivery Thursday / Friday

During very busy periods (such as Christmas), dispatch times may vary slightly, but we will always do our best to meet your requested date.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link.

Our Courier Service & Tracking

We use APC Overnight, a trusted UK courier. They provide:

  • Fully tracked delivery
  • Delivery notes and a photograph upon arrival
  • Safe handling and timely delivery of your parcel

You can follow your parcel at any time using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

On the APC tracking page you will normally be asked for:

  • Your consignment number (shown in your confirmation email), and
  • The delivery postcode

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will be very happy to assist.

Delivery Times

Most deliveries arrive between 9am and 6pm. Although we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, your tracking link will show the most up-to-date information and will be updated throughout the day as your parcel is scanned.

Do I Need To Be Home?

You do not need to be at home to receive your parcel.

APC will normally:

  • Leave your parcel in a suitable safe place
  • Leave it with a neighbour
  • Follow any safe delivery instructions you have provided

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses.

We are very sorry, but we cannot accept orders for:

  • The Isle of Jersey
  • Guernsey
  • Northern Ireland
  • BFPO addresses
  • Hospital wards

At present, our courier service is limited to mainland UK postcodes only, and overseas / international delivery is unavailable.

Delivery Charges

These rates apply to each individual delivery address:

  • Standard carriage is £7.95 for any mainland UK delivery under £100.00

From time to time, we also offer Free Delivery promotions. Any such promotion will be clearly shown on our website and at checkout.

Delays, Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We will always endeavour to deliver your goods as requested. However, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control may cause delay.

In such cases, we will deliver at the next available opportunity, and our liability is limited to this.

Substitutions

On the rare occasion that a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute items of a similar or greater value.

Photography

Images on the website are intended as a good indication. Contents may occasionally vary slightly.

Alcohol Policy

You must be 18 or over to order items containing alcohol.
