CARRIER SERVICE

Our Standard Carrier Service can 1-2 days for delivery. We will make every effort to ensure your goods arrive by the date you have requested but as this is not a guaranteed service, goods could arrive either side of your preferred date.

• Order before 3pm Monday - Delivery WED/THUR
• Order before 3pm Tuesday - Delivery THU/FRI
• Order before 3pm Wednesday - Delivery FRI/SAT
• Order before 12pm Sunday - Delivery TUES/WED

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery times vary by postcode. Some remote destinations take longer, so next-day delivery is not available to every postcode. Please use the tracking details provided for your delivery service.

CARRIER NOTIFICATIONS (SMS & EMAIL)

For your convenience, our carriers can send an alert when your goods are out for delivery. Please provide a mobile phone number or email address for each recipient, even if it is your own.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Charges apply to each individual delivery address. Standard courier delivery costs £7.95 for eligible postcodes; any qualifying free-delivery offer is shown at checkout. Royal Mail Special Delivery costs £25 for designated postcodes in the Highlands & Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. Where Royal Mail Special Delivery is shown at checkout, Royal Mail is the only delivery service available to your postcode. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and the applicable charge. Standard courier and mainland free-delivery offers do not apply to Royal Mail deliveries.

FREE DELIVERY FORTNIGHT

From time to time we offer FREE Delivery. During the offer period will only be applied to UK Mainland Addresses and the offer excludes, deliveries to North West Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

Standard courier parcels are normally delivered between 9am to 6pm if no-one is likely to be in please give instructions where to leave your parcel (i.e. garage, porch, at back door). Better still have your goods delivered to a work or alternative address for your convenience.
