What are your delivery charges?

All UK mainland addresses incurr a £5.95 carriage charge. For all other addresses you can view delivery costs to other destinations here...

Will my order be confirmed?

If you order online you will receive a confirmation email. All other ordering methods, except those placed via the telephone, will be confirmed by post.

Can I alter my order once I have confirmed it?

You will need to contact the admin team on 0344 8475 490 a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of despatch. There is a charge of £3.00 per delivery address to carry out your alteration instructions. During our peak winter season (October to January 4th) the minimum notice to change is extended to 3 weeks.
