Christmas Dip


  • 250g Inverawe Smoky Trimmings
  • 200g Full Fat Cream Cheese
  • 200g Plain Yoghurt
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of Sun Dried Tomato Puree or add a few drops of Tabasco Sauce for a kick


  1. Put trimmings into a food processor and gently pulse till roughly chopped.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and gently pulse till fully blended to your desired consistency.

To Serve

Serve with carrot and celery sticks and warmed mini pitta breads.
