Smoked Argyll Ham Salad

Simple but delicious starter


  • Sliced peels peaches
  • Black grapes
  • Diced mozzarella
  • Rocket


  1. Carefully mix together equal amounts of sliced peaches, halved black grapes and diced Mozzarella with a handful of fresh rocket.
  2. Dress with a mixture of 4tbls olive oil, 1 tbls fresh lemon juice, 1/2 tsp dijon mustard, a pinch of sugar, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

To Serve

Gently wrap smoked ham into cone shaps and place throughout the salad
