Roast Smoked Salmon Pasta

Serves 2


  • 300g pack of fresh tagliatelle
  • 50 - 100ml of sour cream or crème fraiche
  • Good handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Juice and zest of half a lemon
  • 200g Roast Smoked Salmon
  • Salt and black pepper


  1. Flake the roast smoked salmon and put to one side.
  2. Mix the sour cream and lemon juice and zest together.
  3. Cook the pasta to packet instructions, drain and stir in the creamy mixture to taste.
  4. Gently fold in the roast salmon and chopped dill.

To Serve

Season and serve with French bread and chilled white wine.
