Roast Smoked Salmon Pasta
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 300g pack of fresh tagliatelle
- 50 - 100ml of sour cream or crème fraiche
- Good handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
- 200g Roast Smoked Salmon
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Flake the roast smoked salmon and put to one side.
- Mix the sour cream and lemon juice and zest together.
- Cook the pasta to packet instructions, drain and stir in the creamy mixture to taste.
- Gently fold in the roast salmon and chopped dill.
To Serve
Season and serve with French bread and chilled white wine.
