A wonderful easy way to entertain
Ingredients
- 226g Ripe Smoked Brie
- 75g White Breadcrubs
- 40g Grated parmesan
- 2 Eggs beaten with 2 tbls milk
- Light Olive Oil
- 3 tbls Fresh Chopped Parsley
- Zest of 1 lemon and 1 lime
- 2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Paste something nice over me
Method
- Cut Smoked Brie into small triangles and leave in fridge for 2 hours.
- Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan together
- Dip the Brie into the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb mix, coating the cheese well.
- Place on plate to chill in fridge for another hour.
- For dressing, mix all the remaining ingredients together.
- When nearly ready to eat, heat the oil in frying pan until hot.
- Fry the brie for about 50 seconds on each side until golden.
- Drain on kitchen paper.
To Serve
Serve immediately on a bed of lettuce with the dressing and lovely hot crusty bread.
