Made using high-quality milk from a herd of 200 Friesian Holstein cows, bred on the farm overlooking the Firth of Forth in the East Neuk of Fife, this cheese reflects the care and craft of the Stewart family tradition.
Each cheese is hand-cut to order, so weights may vary slightly but will always be within 20g of the stated 200g.
