(Paddy’s Milestone is the local name for Ailsa Craig, a volcanic rock which sits out in the Firth of Clyde.)
Dunlop Dairy is a Traditional Ayrshire Dunlop cheesemaker based near Stewarton Ayrshire with a herd of 30 Traditional Ayrshire cattle, These aren’t just any cows – they’re the breed that’s intrinsically linked to the area and to the cheese Dunlop Dairy makes.
