Made in the Scottish Highlands, Highland Fine Minger is a Brie-style cheese that will delight any cheese lover. With a soft, orange annatto washed rind, it mimics the flavors of Reblochon and Pont-l’Eveque. This meaty protein substitute has a rich texture and irresistible taste. Don't be fooled by its stinky exterior - the annatto wash creates a unique bright orange rind, similar to Scottish Munster or Epoisses. Enjoy with a dry, crisp white wine. Highland Fine Minger will surely mingle with your taste buds - in the best way possible!

Tasting Notes

A deliciously soft, oozy, creamy paste, mildly nutty and lemony, hinting at flavours of the farmyard but becoming decadently pungent (a rather memorable aroma) and runny when ripe. Perfectly balances rich decadent butter and smooth earthy mushroom. The Annatto is a spice and food colouring derived from the seeds of the achiote tree, orange-red in colour and has its own nutty, floral aroma.
