Made in Glasgow using the finest fresh Scottish ingredients, Wee Knob of Butter began in 2021 with two friends making butter for local farmers’ markets. Since then, the brand has grown to be featured in some of the UK’s finest dining restaurants, artisan bakeries, and gourmet food stores.
