Crafted in the quaint town of Alderton by Colonel Dickinson, formerly of the esteemed Royal Ulster Rifles, his method for crafting this delectably moist and irresistibly sweet ham with a smoky hint has been handed down for generations without change. It continues to be produced today just as he first conceived it. Steamed and then baked with a classic Marmalade glaze, using our confidential formula, is what elevates this ham to beloved status
