We discoverd this absolute gem before last winter. It's taken Aidan at Forbes Croft a little while to perfect and here it is. A small-batch, hand made mustard with elements of Dijon, English and wholegrain but creamier in texture with a nice heat and a gentle sweetness. Forbescroft Foods is a small, family run food producer in Argyll, and we think this mustard is an absolute winner with beef, pork, lamb and even our smoked and roast salmon. This is not to be missed!
