Our local Butcher, Mark Grant, created this supreme haggis at his establishment in Tayuilt. His recipe so impressed both the Judges and the Public that he took both the coveted awards for finest Haggis at the Golden Haggis Award 2022.We can't recommend this Cheiftan O' the Pudding Race enough. It's so good you can enjoy it any time of the year as a warming, hearty and wholesome meal.
The famous and traditional Scottish Haggis is a dish like no other, full of flavour, it is best served piping hot with mashed potatoes & turnip. Our Director Bertie's old grandfather used to say it's especially good with a forkful of Whisky drizzled over just before serving.
