Description

These Succulent, tender and delicate birds are so easy to cook, simply rub a little softened butter over the breast then place a rasher of streaky bacon on top and lightly season. Place a sprig of thyme in the cavity and roast at 200íC for 25-30 minutes then leave to rest for ten minutes under some foil.



Serve one partridge per person with some seasonal vegetables.

Each Bird weighs a minimum of 220g, these birds may contain shot

Fresh Partridge is delivered into us once a week on a Wednesday. Orders taken before that day will be sent out on Wednesday/Thursday of that week. Any order placed for Patridge after Tuesday, will be held and delivered the following week on the Thursday/Friday.
