Description

Hand made using methods that have changed barely at all since the 17th Century, this is a classic English Stilton and excellent it is. Aged for 12 weeks, it is exquisite on its own but equally well paired with a glass of Manzanilla and some walnuts. Leftovers also make a very good soup blended with broccoli.
