Similar to our smoking methods at Inverawe, La Vera peppers are hand picked and then slowly smoked for 15 days before being stone ground to create this absolutely uniquely Spanish flavour. Highly versatile, it can be added to fish, meat, stews, vegetables. This staple of the Spanish store cupboard is smoky and slightly sweet.
