Roast Smoked Trout
Roast smoked trout lends itself beautifully to a wide range of dishes from summer salads to pasta dishes, kedgeree to warming fish pie. As it is hot smoked, it cooks and the result is a softly oaky, firm meat well worth trying in either the plain version or with added black pepper. Both are delicious and both very versatile products.
