Our Roast Smoked Salmon is real summer food for picnics, salads and pasta.

Inverawe Smoked Salmon Royal Fillet
The ultimate luxury for the gourmet connoisseur. The prime fillet of smoked salmon, presented in a long slim green and gold box. Slice vertically in small thin medallions and serve with melba toast, squeeze of lemon or Chilli Sauce and iced vodka.

Smoked Trout

Inverawe Smoked Trout A good bite, a beautiful level of smoking, the fish comes through - earthy and so well treated. The overall palate is simply stunning. Well judged on the smoke which is spot on.

Roast Smoked Trout

Roast smoked trout lends itself beautifully to a wide range of dishes from summer salads to pasta dishes, kedgeree to warming fish pie. As it is hot smoked, it cooks and the result is a softly oaky, firm meat well worth trying in either the plain version or with added black pepper. Both are delicious and both very versatile products.

Smoked Haddock Fillets
Smoked Haddock is back to basics. Completely natural, undyed smoked haddock fillets. Just bake in a little milk and serve with poached egg. A wonderful, nourishing, healthy dish.

Inverawe Kippers
These plump, natural, undyed kippers are quite simply the best - how kippers used to be, succulent, tasty, a meal on their own. I always grill them with a knob of butter. Approx 400g per/pair.

A real Scottish delicacy from Arbroath.


Traditionally served warm with a little melted butter and 'neeps and tatties'. They became the staple diet on the East Coast and inspired many recipes.

Everyone who has tried these Inverawe Smoked Mackerel fillets absolutely raves about them. They are subtly smoked, full of flavour and a delicious treat. They're also rich in omega 3, with all the health benefits associated with that.
