From the traditional Highland, Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus breeds, naturally reared and grass fed in the hills and glens around Inverawe Smokehouses, in the heart of Argyll, this beef is looked after properly and hung for a minimum of 3 weeks. Our best Scottish beef is unbeatable, especially with a our locally made mustard.

Scottish Lamb
Beautiful, delicate Scottish Lamb, in a variety of popular cuts. Please remember this is fresh meat and therefore will have only 3-4 days shelf life, or you can freeze it on day of arrival.

Alderton Glazed Cooked Hams
There is nothing like a ham to feed a houseful. These Alderton glazed hams are everything a good ham should be, succulent, moist and the glaze gives a wonderfully tangy flavour. Choose from a family sized, boneless option or a smaller 3lb size and enjoy them on picnics, light lunches or cold buffets. The are cooked and ready to eat.
Fresh Scottish Pork
Wonderful Scottish Pork, it is such excellent value for money. This pork is expertly trimmed and butchered to avoid excess and unecessary fat, however just the right amount remains for succulent roasts with crackling and sumptious loins. Don't over cook!

Our grouse come from Perthshire estates. These wild birds are prize for their delicated, gamey and unique flavour. Best cooked rare and serve with some good claret.
Highland Venison
Our sensational Highland Venison comes from prime Highland estates where the deer roam wild on the hill. Very low in cholesterol, extremely lean, sublime in flavour and texture, this is a truly wonderful meat. It is versatile in the kitchen and benefits being cooked rare in the case of the fillets and pavé steaks, medium for haunches and slowly and gently for the diced.
