The Prosecco is a lovely brut, dry and not too sweet. A very good example
of this celebratory drink.
The Sarcey is an excellent Champagne, not too dry but not sweet it will delight
Pol Roger is simply perfect with Inverawe smoked salmon and trout. It's fine dryness
and smooth body cuts through the lovely oily fish to give a wonderful taste experience.
