Description
The plumps little buds have a piquant, salty taste with a pungent aroma all of their own. Ideal for sauces, toppings and dressings, they can be used to add a lift to a variety of fish dishes.
Try plating up some smoked salmon or trout then sprinkle a handful of capers over the fish along with some thinly sliced red onion, a few sprigs of fresh dill and a drizzle of very good extra virgin olive oil.
