We are delighted to have sourced some excellent Spanish delicacies for our customers as per several requests. Don't forget that - as with our smoked fish - everything is best enjoyed when eaten at room temperature. There's nothing like enjoying a big plate of bitings and a glass or two of wine with friends. Tapas dining has become very popular lately, now you can have it all at home!
Jamon Iberico Reserva
Free range, acorn fed Iberico pigs creat this beautiful Pata Negra, the finest ham in the world. Hand sliced into perfect sized pieces it has been cured for a minimum of 42 months in Guijuelo Salamanca. A simply sensational meat. Always eat at room temperature.
Chorizo Iberico de Bellota
The finest rare breed organically reared pigs with a good touch of paprika from De le Vera. Beautifully smoky, with a touch of heat.
A Perfect Salad meat.
The salami is superbly moreish, very meaty and peppery and so succulent, I adore this product with olives and cheese.
These are known as the "little apples" variety. They have a higher oil content mixed with a delicate bitter salt taste. Perfect with Iberico ham and chorizo.
Manchego D.O.P. Curado Cheese
Spain's most favous sheep's milk cheese. Manchego is a firm, slightly open textured cheese with a nutty flavour, buttery and slightly piquant (aged 6 months)
It's a must have on any charcuterie platter.
I was so excited when I found this wonderful fruit cheese. It takes me right back to my childhood. Intensely fruity it is simply delectable with all cheese.
