A really unusual salad but the strong fruit flavours compliment the smoked venison perfectly.
Ingredients
- Pink & White Grapefruit Segments
- Shredded red lettuce (radicchio)
- Curly endive (chicorée frisée)
- Lime Dressing: Whisk together 2 tbls sunflower oil, 1 tbls light soy sauce, 1-2 tbls lime juice, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp finely grated lime rind, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
To Serve
Toss together and serve with sliced smoked venison which can be rolled into gentle curls through the salad.
