This goes brilliantly with all cold meats
Ingredients
- Half a Paw-Paw
- 1 Mango
- 2 Kiwi Fruit
- Finely chopped red onion
- Finely chopped red and green chilli
- Olive Oil
- Grated rind and juie of 1 lime
- Roughly chopped fresh corriander
Method
- Half the paw-paw, scoop out the black seeds and peel, dice and put in bowl
- Slice a ripe mango down each side of the flat stone, peel and dice the flesh adding it to the papaya.
- Peel and dice 2 ripe kiwis and add to the fruit mix
- Add the finely chopped red onion and a little chopped fresh red and green chilli.
- Toss the salsa with 2-3 tablespoon olive oil and the grated rind and juice of 1 lime
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add some chopped fresh coriander if you like
To Serve
Serve a generous spoonful of salsa with a selection of Inverawe smoked meats as a starter.
