There is nothing like real homemade Taramasalata


  • 100g Smoked Cods Roe
  • 2 slices white bread
  • Garlic, lemon juice & pepper
  • 200ml Olive Oil


  1. Cut the crusts off bread and soften bread with a little water.
  2. Blend cods roe, bread, garlic and oil in food processor until smooth.
  3. Add seasoning and lemon to taste.

To Serve

Tip: If mixture is too stiff add a little hot water.
