Description

Gravadlax is a deliciously different way to experience salmon. A traditional Scandinavian delicacy, we prepare our own at Inverawe in the heart of Argyll.

We have two beautiful flavours for your try. Our special dill recipe gives a lovely, slightly sweet, dill flavour and is best enjoyed with a good strong rye bread and dill sauce.

Our latest version is perfect for dramatic starters and light lunches, cured with fennel, lemon dill and beetroot it's a wonderfully tasty treat.
