In order for your parcel to arrive in good time we endeavour to despatch parcels to arrive a day or so before the date specified. Orders must be with us by 1pm for same day despatch (dependent on stock availability).
Orders for the weekends will be despatched on Thursdays to arrive Friday/Saturday. Orders for Mondays will be sent on Monday to arrive Tuesday/Wednesday. Please see our Premier Guaranteed Service for further delivery options.
If no one is likely to be in please give instructions where to leave your parcel, i.e. in the garage, in porch, with next door neighbour (but not an alternative address). It really helps if you can give us a contact telephone number in case our carriers experience problems when locating the address.
NB If there are no alternative delivery instructions, the driver is asked to leave the parcel in a secure place.
Postcodes are essential to get your parcels to their destinations quickly. The postcode helpline is 0906 3021 222 (50p/m).
Upgrade your delivery from our standard service to our Premier Service. Specify a delivery date and your parcel will arrive before 1pm on that day. NB this service is available to UK Mainland addresses only.
Tuesday - Friday delivery up to 10kg = £7.95
Saturday delivery up to 10kg = £25.00

These rates apply to each individual delivery address on parcels up to 10kg.
Per delivery under £25 carriage is £4.95.

We can deliver to most European desitinations however there is no service to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA. For all large orders to overseas destinations (ie 10Kg+) please do contact us for an individual carriage quote.
We can accept alterations to orders a minimum of 3 days prior to day of despatch. There is a charge of £3.00/delivery address to carry out your alteration instructions. However during our peak winter season (October to December) the minimum notice period extends to 3 weeks.
Occasionally some packages can be delayed or even undelivered by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel. The quicker we know the better. Inverawe cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses given by the customer.
On the rare occasion of a product not being available we reserve the right to substitute items of a similar or greater value.
