General Delivery Information

In order for you parcel to arrive in good time we endeavour to despatch parcels to arrive a day or so before the date specified.

Weekend & Monday deliveries

Orders for the weekends will be despatched on Thursdays to arrive Friday/Saturday. Orders for Mondays will be sent on Monday to arrive Tuesday/Wednesday.

If no one is likely to be in please give instructions where to leave your parcel, i.e. in the garage, in porch, with next door neighbour (but not an alternative address) Postcodes are essential to get your parcels to their destinations quickly. The post code helpline is 0906 3021 222 (50p/m).

Order Confirmations

All orders, (except telephone and web orders) will be confirmed by post.

NEW YEAR Deliveries

Parcels for the New Year will be despatched by special overnight express on December 28th. Please mark such orders NEW YEAR and add £6.50 express delivery charge for each parcel ordered. The first delivery after the New Year will be January 4th.

Special Christmas Arrangements

Apart from our normal delivery instructions, we have made extra arrangements to cope with the Christmas demand. We will be despatching parcels to arrive safely and in good time.

Please read these carefully. Last order date Goods required for pre Christmas delivery MUST be ordered by 12th December

As of December 10th there will be two main despatches. Orders dated to arrive before the weekend of December 16th/17th will be despatched to arrive during the week commencing December 11th. Orders dated to arrive for Christmas will be despatched to arrive druing the week commencing December 18th

If you require delivery on one specific day during this period our Inter-Fish special delivery service must be used

Inter-Fish - Guaranteed Service

This express service guarantees a next day delivery for orders received by 2pm, with the exception of deliveries on weekends and Mondays. Prices for this service are as follows:
Parcels up to 1.75kg = £6.50
Parcles over 1.75kg and under 10kg £15.50
Larger orders quoted accordingly.

Delivery Charges to Northern Ireland, Isles & Channel Islands

(for Isle of Wight see below)

These rates apply to each individual delivery address on parcels up to 10kg
Per delivery under £38.99 carriage is £2.95
Per delivery over £39.00 carriage is £10.50

Isle of Wight Delivery Charges

Per delivery under £38.99 carriage is £2.95
Per delivery over £39.00 carriage is £5.25

Alterations & Cancellations

We can accept alterations to orders a minimum of 3 days prior to day of despatch. There is a charge of £3.00/delivery address to carry out your alteration instructions. However during our peak winter season (October to December) the minimum notice period extends to 3 weeks.

Returns and Non Delivery

Occasionally some packages can be delayed or even undelivered by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel. The quicker we know the better. Inverawe cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses given by the customer.

Substitutions

On the rare occasion of a product not being available we reserve the right to substitute items of a similar or greater value.

Photography

The photography is a good indication of the hamper or gift box contents, however, please see listing for exact contents.

Overseas Orders

We can deliver to most European desitinations however there is no service to Australia, New Zealand and the USA. For all large orders to overseas destinations please do contact us for an individual carriage quote.
