Inverawe Organic Smoked Salmon

Soil Association certified

The Good Food Tasting Panel judged our Organic Smoked Salmon and found "the salmon had a robust flavoured smoke with the right balance of oiliness to saltiness. Light, buttery and melt in the mouth, great for a fish pie ."

Our organic salmon come from the most northerly isle in the Shetlands where strong tidal currents ensure excellent water quality. The fish are fed by hand and the feed is purely organic.

No artificial colourings are used as the feed contains shrimp, a natural source of pigment in the diet of wild salmon. The whole farming cycle is organic and the fish are stocked at low densities in fast moving, tidal waters which means they are healthier and less stressed.

It is paler in colour and has a pure, fresh, delicate taste and texture.
