Toast thin slices of rustic bread.. Add a little beer to thick cheese sauce and spread over the toasts. Sprinkle with a little grated Cheddar cheese and grill for a few seconds to melt. Serve warm topped with Inverawe Smoked Mussels, smoked paprika, sliced spring onion and chopped coriander. Delicious accompanied by sweet tomato chutney.
