Halibut and sweet chilli tortillas

Spread sweet chilli flavoured soft flour tortillas lightly with reduced fat soft cheese and smoked sun dried tomato chutney. Lay pieces of Inverawe Smoked Halibut in a single layer on top. Add a few leaves of baby spinach and roll up tightly. Cut into slices and secure with cocktail sticks to serve.
