Q. What are your delivery charges?

A. All UK mainland orders over £70 are delivered for FREE! For all other orders you can view delivery costs to other destinations here...

Q. Will my order be confirmed?

A. If you order online you will receive a confirmation email. All other ordering methods, except those placed via the telephone, will be confirmed by post.

Q. What is the Quick Shop?

A. If you know the codes of the products you are wanting to order. Just click on link to Quick Shop and enter the code. Once validated you can add these to your basket in one go and save yourself the time of browsing round the site. Simple, efficient and QUICK!

Q. How can I contact you from abroad?

A. You can contact our Customer Services by e-mail , fax 01866 822 274 or tel 0344 8475 490. Our Customer Service lines are open Monday to Friday from 08.30am to 5.00pm GMT.

Q. Photograpy

A. Please note that our gift & hamper images are indicative only. Please refer to the product listings for exact contents/weights / sizes / descriptions.

Q. Can I alter my Order once I have confirmed it?

A. You will need to contact the admin team on 0344 8475 490 a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of despatch. There is a charge of £3.00 per delivery address to carry out your alteration instructions. During our peak winter season (October to January 4th) the minimum notice to change is extended to 3 weeks.

Q. Can I choose a specific day for delivery

A. Yes you can, just select the premier service which is available to your delivery area when processing your order through our checkout section. NB There may be restrictions on this service dependant on the delivery area.

Q. Can I send overseas?

A. We can send to most European countries, Asia, and even South Africa, however we cannot send to New Zealand, Australia, Canada or the USA. For Larger overseas orders (10kg+) please contact the admin team at Inverawe who will be able to provide you with a tailored quote.

Q. Can I send to more than one address?

A. YES. This site has been specifically designed to make it simple to send your gifts to multiple addresses. Just add your addresses onto My Account page and chose your gifts, then carefully select which products you would like to send to each recipient and that's it.

Q. Can I collect my order from the Smokery?

A. YES, of course. We would love to meet you too! Just order and tell us when you are going to pick it up and we will have it ready at the Smokery Shop for you.

Q. How will my goods arrive?

A. Our foods are beautifully packed in insulated boxes with lots of handy re-useable ice packs to keep them cool for the journey.

Q. How much should I serve?

A. The usual portion is about 55g(2oz) for a starter and twice as much for a main course. However if you allow your guests to help themselves it would be wise to budget for a little extra!

Q. Can I freeze any of the products?

A. Please be aware that while most of Inverawe's products can be frozen on receipt for up to 3 months there are the following exceptions:

Any biscuits, oatcakes, savoury biscuits, canapé cases, caviars, cheeses, chocolates, jams, marmalades, honey, curds, relish, pickles, jellies, chutneys, sauces, mustards, preserves, brandy butter, smoked nuts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Certain fish and meat items including: haggis, crayfish tails, potted shrimps, potted crab, smoked mussels and herring.

The following cakes also cannot be frozen: Light Fruit Cake, Fruit Cake, Iced Christmas Cake, Christmas puddings, Clootie Dumpling and Black Bun.
